How to file a complaint about the processing of your personal data

If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been carried out unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) through any of the following methods:

˗ sending a registered letter with return receipt to: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma,

˗ hand delivery to the offices of the Data Protection Authority (at the address above),

˗ sending an email to protocollo@pec.gpdp.it.

Please note that upon first submission, the complaint must be signed with an authenticated signature, or with a digital signature, or with a handwritten signature (in the latter case, a copy of a valid identification document of the interested party must be attached to the complaint).
